Planning a visit to Ice Skating at Daybreak’s Winter Village in South Jordan? This is one of our most asked about winter activities! To make your visit smooth and magical, here are answers to the most frequently asked questions.
How do I book ice-skating tickets?
We recommend purchasing tickets online to reserve your preferred time slot. Walk-ins are welcome on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on availability.
If a time slot is full online, we are no longer taking reservations for that session.
How do I change or modify my reservation?

What are the ice-skating hours?
Monday–Thursday: 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Friday: 4:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Saturday: 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Holiday hours may vary.
How much does ice skating cost?
Sun–Thurs:
- $5 (includes skate rental)
- $3 if you bring your own skates
Fri–Sat (and holiday periods):
- $8 (includes skate rental)
- $6 if you bring your own skates
Group Rates:
Discounted pricing is available for groups of 25+.

Is there a height requirement or minimum age to skate?
- Guests must be at least 35″ tall to skate
- For safety, children under 35″ are not permitted on the ice under any circumstance—including being held in your arms.
- No minimum age
- Smallest skate size: Toddler 8
- All skaters under age 4 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
Do you offer skating aids?
Yes! Skating aids are available to help little ones (and adults!) feel more confident on the ice. They are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Are strollers allowed on the ice?
For the safety of all guests, strollers are not permitted on the ice.
Can I walk up without a reservation?
Yes. Walk-ins are available on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on availability.
However, time slots often fill up—especially weekends and holiday periods—so advance online reservations are recommended.
Where can I find the waiver?
All skaters are required to complete a waiver, which appears at the end of the ticket-purchasing process. If you need to access the waiver separately, you can find it here.
