What began as founder Justin Williams’ childhood dream to own his own ice cream business evolved into a family passion. Justin and his wife, Summer, started by creating unique ice cream flavors at home and sharing their sweet experiments with neighbors—now that dream is a reality. 

At Rockwell, ice cream is more than just dessert; it’s an experience. Their team hand makes super-premium ice cream with locally sourced, non-artificial ingredients, fresh in-house every day. With 16% butterfat and less air than typical ice cream, every scoop is extra creamy and packed with flavor.
